SHIPPING POLICY / DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are shipped or available for pick up within 14 calendar days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx
With the exception of USPS, please contact us at (315) 342-9465 to request a tracking number should you wish to track your order.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide not to proceed.
Given the customized nature of your purchase, ZINK Screenprinting & Design does not generally offer refunds or credits. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to submit your concern in order to be considered for a refund. There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations where the customer has approved the item, size, color, and design for the order. Where quality of material or workmanship is questioned, authorized refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
